As of April 1, 2016 our office no longer accepts Optima as primary insurance. We still accept Anthem, Aetna, Medicare, United Health Care, Virginia and West Virginia Medicaid as well as their secondaries.

We currently participate with Medicare, Virginia Medicaid,West Virginia Medicaid, Virginia Premier, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Anthem Health Keepers, All other Anthem Subsidiaries, Magellan Health Network, Aetna, Humana, AARP, Celanese Retirement, Cigna, United Health Care, and the Veteran's Choice Program.

Co-Pays and Deductibles:
Often insurance companies will require patients to pay co-pays or deductibles. If you are required to pay a co-pay or deductible, please be prepared to pay at the time of your visit.
