Our Office and HikersWhen hiking the 2,200 miles (3,500 km) of the Appalachian Trail you expect to have a lot of fun, see beautiful scenery, and that your feet will be tired. What a lot of people don't expect is that they will likely injure themselves in some way.
At Total Foot Care we can help heal your below the knee injuries and keep you on the trail. We love hikers and hikers love us. We have seen everything from rolled ankles to broken bones and we've had to send a few people home but we promise to do our best to get you on your way to completing your goal. Dr. Meredith has been helping hikers complete the trail for 30 years and counting. We frequently take walk-ins and schedule urgent appointments outside our Monday and Thursday 9-5 office hours. |

Making an appointment from the trail can be difficult we try to be as flexible as possible to help accommodate your arrival time and not slow you down. Calling our office at (540) 553-4300 is an excellent way to reach us and schedule an appointment. Hikers are also invited to text the office phone number to schedule an appointment and we will text you back as soon as possible. Text or call any time and leave a message and we will return it as soon as possible. Another way to schedule an appointment is with our Contact Form. We do our best to answer the contact forms as quickly as possible and will respond as soon as we see it.

Our office visit is $75.00 to care for most things if we don't accept your insurance. Toenail removal $125.00 We offer discounted power-step inserts $25.00 Casted and Mailed (anywhere on the AT) Custom Inserts $300.00 Pads, Wraps, etc are included in your visit or will cost less than $10.00 |
